If you’re an online coach or consultant and you want to know how to make ten thousand dollars per month or more with YouTube in this video I’m going to map out the exact strategy that I use I use the happy so the first thing that you want to do is make sure that you have a high ticket offered this is a service that is ideally three thousand dollars or more and the reason being is whenever you take a look at the math and let’s say you want to make ten thousand dollars per month and you’re charging at least three thousand dollars all you really need is you know I think that comes out to 3.3 clients per month right 3.3 clients per month and let’s say you know you can’t get a third of a person so let’s just round that up to four people right all you’re gonna need is four people per month and so this is why you’re not going to need a ton of views whenever people try to have these 27 ebooks that they’re selling something for 9.97 they need to have a ton of volume but when you’re charging at least three thousand dollars or more you only need three to four people and you’re gonna be making ten thousand dollars per month and at least six figures per year with YouTube so from here what you want to do is you want to start obviously creating these YouTube videos and my advice is to make at least one of these videos per week because there is a lot that you’re gonna need to be able to master right with YouTube you gotta do the thumbnails you gotta get good at the edits you gotta get good at the SEO you gotta get good at your message you gotta get good at being on camera you gotta get good at on on a whole bunch of stuff right now what you can do to make this easier on yourself is instead of spending all of your time trying to learn how to do the thumbnails and the edits and the SEO all this stuff can actually be outsourced or delegated to what I call a virtual content assistant this is somebody that you can find for less than a thousand dollars per month that is going to handle all of these tedious tasks that you probably don’t want to do and that you’re probably not good at which is going to leave you time to then focus on the things you should be working on which is your message being on camera and all of these other things that you actually have to do but in terms of the thumbnails that it’s in the SEO you can just have somebody do all of this for you that way you’re being consistent and you can actually hit that one uh video per week because you’re also gonna have to be doing sales calls and coaching calls and everything else that you have to do as an online coach or consultant so we’ve got to make sure that you do is at the end of each of these videos there should be a CTA and the CTA that I use takes people to book a call right so it comes up with a page and on this page they’re gonna see a video of me there’s a headline and there’s a video of me explaining more about my product and service what we offer and then there’s also going to be a button for them to book a call and what we call this is either it’s going to be a vsl you have a webinar and then what you’re basically trying to get to do is book a call right and your goal is with the amount of views that you’re getting at getting in one video per week per week you now all you need to do is just get four of these people to then come and say hey they’re gonna book a call and they’re going to pay you this money right you’re only looking to get these this four people right here right if you can get four of these people to say yes and give you the three thousand dollars per month then you’re going to be making 10K per month or more now the mistake that I see a lot of people doing is they try to only rely on this video right here right they’re only relying on this one YouTube video and if they don’t get a ton of views then they’re not gonna hit this for this uh or that they’re looking for the four amount of people or however many people that they need and so what I learned to do is I have to take my email list I need to take you know Instagram I need to take Facebook and I also need to take just people that I’m already having like daily conversations with whether that’s DMS text messages whatever I need to take all of these and I need to use this to promote my YouTube videos because I likely already have my ideal clients on my email list I already probably have people that are following me on Facebook or on Instagram on Facebook and people that I’m already having conversations with maybe these are people that already booked the sales call maybe these are people that I’m just maybe met an event wherever I’m sending all of these people to my YouTube videos to drive traffic with my target audience and then like I said from there as I’m promoting it I just need some of these people to come here to book a call and then some of these people to come here and say okay cool I will give you this money and then again I’m just looking for this amount of people now another thing that you can do and that I’ve done in the past if you really want to speed this up and if you have the money to do it is you can just start running some ads right so you know you’d have like a video or image or whatever it is and you just pay money on you know Facebook IG whatever and you send this to your YouTube videos but you can also send it to this right here right and so what you want to do is you just want to send traffic rather than relying on YouTube you want to send traffic that you already own rather that’s on email on Facebook DMS whatever it is you want to send in those videos think of those videos as assets not just hey it’s on YouTube and they have to show it to people think of it as a tool that you can use to get people indoctrinated in your way of thinking and to get them to see um what it is that you’re talking about and what it is that you can help them with and sometimes what I’ll even do with this is I’ll have another uh let’s say like an opt-in page that video will go to instead they’ll have to put in their email and then after they put in their email here it’ll take them to this page so then from here I’m also building up my email list as well so as I have these YouTube videos the YouTube videos can send people to the email I’ll kind of highlight this because it’s getting a little messy from the YouTube video it’ll take them to the email let’s change this color it’ll send them to the email the email will get them to book a call from book a call we try to get them over here to say yes to this and then as I am getting more people from my YouTube videos on my email list then I can start to grow this even more so then over time I’m just nurturing those leads Meanwhile my virtual content assistant is the one that’s doing all my thumbnails all my edits doing some of the SEO and even breaking those videos down into shorts that I can then post on Instagram Tick Tock uh Facebook whatever and I’m basically just you to get them in of as many of my target audiences possible and I’m really looking to just get four people per month and this is why you don’t need per se hundreds of thousands of views or even thousands of views as you can see you just really need to find those four people and everybody in the world that is going to say yes and this is only if you’re charging 3 000 right imagine if you want it if you had a product or service that was 5 000 or you had something that was ten thousand now all you need is two people or maybe one p one person or I have some clients that I work with I have a twenty thousand dollar offer now you don’t need that many people at all now if you don’t know where to find a virtual content assistant maybe you don’t know what to say in your videos and record them in a way that’s actually going to attract your target audience maybe you don’t know what to say in your emails or how to promote your videos on social media how to
